Above ground Liner description
OVERLAP POOL LINERS: On this type of pool, the pool liner goes up and over the top lip of the pool wall. It then comes down over the edge on the outside of the pool. This type of pool liner is normally secured with some sort of clamping method that holds it in place. Any adjustment that may be needed on the wall height of the pool liner is made by removing the lamp(s) and either letting in or pulling out more of the liner.

BEADED POOL LINERS: Beaded pool liners come in 2 sizes, 48″ & 52″ wall heights. If there is any height adjustment that needs to be made, this needs to be done by removing or building up the height of the “cove” located at the base of the pool wall within the pool. Cove is available in “wedge” shaped Styrofoam or sand can be used by compacting it into the corner where the wall meets the floor.

UNIBEAD J-HOOK POOL LINERS: Uni-bead or J-Hook pool liners have a upside down J, and just hooks on the top side of the pool wall. J-Hook pool liners can also be cut to be used as a beaded receiver

I have a question can you help me determine what pool liner I need. I have a Doughboy 560-1015, it is about 6 years and need to replace the liner. I’m unsure if I can buy other than doughboy. But your prices are great and would really like to save some money. Please help.
Thank you in advance for you time,
Robin

We replace doughboy pool liners all the time,
If you answer these question I might be able to help you out better
Are you replacing an overlap or beaded liner?
What is the wall height on your pool?
What is the size of your pool?
Does your pool have a flat bottom or is it dished out?
Our standard gauge liners carry a 15 year pro rated warranty and our heavy gauge liners carry a 25 year pro rated warranty.
Thanks for your question,

What is the differnce between 30 mil and 27 mil liner? Is it worth the extra money for 30 mil?

The thickness of a pool liner doesn’t always mean a longer liner life. Thickness acts as a protection against abuse by swimmers, deterioration by the sun, and the many water toys and games that go in and out of your pool. Thicker vinyl swimming pool liners are designed to take more mistreatment. A thicker vinyl pool liner usually is more expensive, but if your swimming pool sees a lot of action, knowing you have a heavier gauge liner can set your mind at ease.
Our Standard gauge liners carry a 15 yr warranty
Heavy and extra Heavy gauge liners carry a 20 or 25 yr warranty, depending on the pattern.
The warranties cover the seams of the liner.

I am trying to replace the line on my esther Williams pool.
It is about 15-20 years old and this is my first liner change. I thought it was a 24′ x 52′, beaded liner, however when the installers came, they said the pool was 22′6″ x 48″. Now I need to try and find a liner this size, do you carry custom liners? If so how long, how much, what patterns.
Thanks for your help, obviously I need it.

Do your liners fit Johnny Weissmuller pools? We need a 24′ (23′8”), 48″ round, J-hook replacement. Probably the heavier guage/ml. Thanks.
